Subject: [monkey] Monkey (and Water Margin) Transmission Dates

Hello.

As some of you may know, buried deep in my Website (at
http://www.martinday.co.uk/monkey.htm if you want to go straight there),
I've got the transmission dates of the original BBC run of Monkey listed.
For a while now I've been unable to find a transmission time for one of the
last BBC episodes, 'Pretty as a Picture'. Thanks to the rather superb BBC
Creative Archive (http://creativearchive.bbc.co.uk/) I've managed to track
it down. 'Pretty as a Picture' was transmitted on 2nd April 1981 (the day
before the final BBC episode 'At the Top of the Mountain'), and thus becomes
(I reckon) the only BBC episode to have been premiered on a day other than a
Friday.

(In case anyone's interested, I've now added transmission dates for The
Water Margin as well - http://www.martinday.co.uk/water.htm.)
