I started off with watching the show about two years ago, instantly I was mesmorised with the charachters in the programme. I eventually got more into it, and decided to buy the equivilent book to 'Journey to the West' titled 'Monkey'. It's a great book with similar stories with what was shown in the programme. This book is really good with some fantastic Buddha quotes in there, and if you want to hear how the journey ends, you have got to read the book. Due to the pilgrims not making it to their final destination in the show, its invaluable to read the final part to overcome the paths up the mountain to fetch the scriptures. Again, I am mainly a huge fan of the show, with great funny moments and those classic quotes which makes you think for about five minutes. Absouloutley Brilliant!!!
