Here's an article that was published in the Daily Star newspaper in the UK on 23 October 2003: - ----- 12: A-TEAM TOPS TV OLDIES; BRING BACK MR T From Daily Star - 23/10/2003 (178 words) by OLIVIA MATTHEWS ACTION heroes The A-Team are the telly favourites viewers would most like to see back on their screens. The Eighties show - starring growling muscleman Mr T - won almost half the votes among golden oldie fans in a survey out yesterday. It beat another 80s hit, The Dukes Of Hazzard, into the runner-up slot. Japanese fantasy series Monkey shared third place with Knight Rider, starring David Hasselhoff and his robotic car KITT. And legendary soap Dallas with Victoria Principal was next. But Dr Who - the one show which really is being revived - was chosen by only one per cent. Frazer Lee, of online firm Yahoo! which ran the survey, aped the words of Mr T by commenting: "I pity the fool who ain't gonna watch no A-Team." My favourite TV programme of all time is of course Monkey Magic from when I fell in love with it, and Japan all those years ago. Recently as you know, it was Halloween. They love it in Japan, so I realised a life-long amibition-to dress up as Son Goku! A Japanese friend of mine made the costume for me complete with extendable staff! I hope you like the picture links enclosed. Everyone in Japan knows who Son Goku is and it went down a treat. Best Halloween ever in the best place on the Planet. http://pic3.picturetrail.com/VOL10/875035/3048698/37309082.jpg http://pic3.picturetrail.com/VOL10/875035/3048698/37309066.jpg http://pic3.picturetrail.com/VOL10/875035/3048698/37308983.jpg http://pic3.picturetrail.com/VOL10/875035/3048698/37309060.jpg http://pic3.picturetrail.com/VOL10/875035/3048698/37309070.jpg http://pic3.picturetrail.com/VOL10/875035/3048698/37308991.jpg - --- I hope this guy doesn't mind me passing on these links to you all! ;) (although I'll check with him before putting them on my web site!)
