I don't know if this is correct to the TV version, or in what order the words appear in as chinese can be in reverse order to english. If you could help me I would greatly apprecate it. Noel. - --- Does anyone know of somewhere where these can be found on the Internet perhaps? Nothing confirmed for this, but I'm working on it. 2) It may soon be possible for fans to buy some of the Monkey fly posters which were produced for the massive campaign in London during the last 2 weeks of July. 3) A long while back, Fabulous Films told me they may offer for sale packs of the 13 Monkey postcards that were designed for the UK Monkey video release - I'm chasing this up with them at the moment. 4) Monkey should be getting a US release soon!? I've no more info than this, but I'll pass on any information when I get it. 5) Fabulous Films' Monkey character was due to make an appearance at the Reading Festival this weekend... he was going to be riding around on a 25mph pink cloud (that they put together in California!) that would be blasting out "Monkey Magic". I'm hoping to get photos of this. Was anyone on the mailing list at the Reading Festival, and saw him? 6) An Australian Monkey fan recently contacted Siren Visual Entertainment (who released Monkey on DVD in Australia), asking them if they'll ever release the unseen Monkey episodes - they replied saying that they are looking into it. Here's what the fan said in his reply to me: "I have received a reply from Siren and they say they are definitely looking into getting the unseen episodes so fingers crossed." Fabulous Films commented: "NTV won't let them have our translated versions until ours are in the shops. They won't get them in Australia until at least Autumn 2003. Siren will have to pay a few for our adaptation also." Here's the reply I received: - --- Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. As far as what I've researched, Shiro Kishibe has indeed started working again. He is the narrator for a television commercial for Kansai Bank, based in Osaka. Starting July 1, it will be broadcast as the commercial for "Cash Loan." In his narration, Shiro says "It's best not to borrow money!" followed with "if you do, borrow it wisely! Well, I'm not so persuasive though..." he links his punch line with the advertisement. I've asked a friend of mine who knows a lot about the entertainment world. According to him, Shiro does not belong to any particular agency, and is using his home address as a contact address. Please understand that since his address is a private one, I'm not able to give it to you. I'm sorry I couldn't help you out. - --- Howell _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com - --------------------------------------------------------------------- + List guidelines: http://www.monkeyheaven.com/guidelines.html + To unsubscribe, send an email to: majordomo@valinor.eldar.org with 'unsubscribe monkey' in the body of your message + Need help? You can see a picture of him in this review:- http://www.dvdtimes.co.uk/index.cgi?page=Review&id=993&story=3484 Fourth picture, just above the "Assignment 3" section. Unlike the episode of Doctor Who that he's in, in this one he doesn't sound much like Monkey, just an occasional bit where you can spot it.
