I have seen them at Target, K-Mart and BigW, although one shop may not have the complete collection (ie., you may need to go to shop around for all the titles). I've also seen them in a comic shop called Quality Comics which is on Hay Street, near Shafto Lane. Further up from there on Hay Street is a record shop called 78 Records and they might also have it there. Anyway, hope this can get your friend started and good luck!
