As mentioned, a ring-tone only has a 50 note memory capacity. They did well programming all that they did without running out of memory. If you wanted to add the "Monkey Magic, Monkey Magic" part, you would have to delete something else from the same program. Besides, it's only a telephone ring. How often would you expect not to have answered your phone by the time it reaches that stage of the ring?
