I knew it was short contracts, his talent, and others knocking at his door
with offers for his next big thing.
As far as being typecast; I've seen him in a few movies and most of his
roles are comedic.
So he is typecasted as a talented, comedic, actor and got drafted for later
stardom in Japan.
I don't feel so bad for us or him.
