On Monday 5 March 2001, the Monkey Message Board will be no more - InsideTheWeb.com are closing down all their message boards. I've been looking into somewhere new to host the new Monkey Message Board, and the most impressive place I've found is at Delphi Forums. The only hassle with Delphi Forums is that you have to register as a Delphi Forum user before you can post to the forums - but there's so many extra features that I'd say this is only a small drawback. You'll find the new Monkey Message Board here: http://www.delphi.com/saiyuuki To gain access to the Monkey Message Board, 1) Go to: http://www.delphi.com/saiyuuki 2) Complete the quick registration process 3) Click on "Click here to continue 4) Type in the following Group Registration Code: gz6t91qpg6 5) Press 'Submit' You now have full read and post access to the new Monkey Message Board! (as you can see, it's a bit empty at the moment!). To post messages, click on either: * a "Post New" link on the left hand side of the screen, or * the "Post Now!" link in the start page Now, whenever you visit the Monkey Message Board in future, once you've logged into Delphi Forums (by clicking first on the "Already a Member? Click here." link), you'll have full access to reading and posting messages. NOTE: Although you have to enter an email address when you register for the Monkey Message Board, this is kept completely private, and no-one will ever know it, unless you specifically enter it into a message. However, there is a feature whereby people can email you from within Delphi Forums - but the email goes to you without them ever seeing your email address - Delphi Forums hide it from them and sends the message to your email address on their behalf. They changed the name last week to "The Lost Empire". Same plot - Modern day China Scholar Nick Orton gets sucked into a world populated by Chinese Mythology and has to rescue the original manuscript of _The Journey to the West_. On the way he hooks up with Monkey, Pigsy, Friar Sand, and the Goddess of Mercy. It is currently scheduled to be shown Sunday March 11 and Monday March 12.
