I've recently found out that Sans Filtre (Masaaki Sakai's new band) are to
tour Japan in March and April this year!

Looks like they're playing Tokyo on 3 March 2001, Nagoya on 24 March 2001,
and Osaka on 1 April 2001.

Apparently, the tickets are nearly sold out - so if you're in Japan and you
want to go, please buy tickets ASAP :>
Sorry for not telling you about the concerts sooner - I only just found out
myself.

Also, my Japanese contact Hitomi will appear on a talk show with Sans Filtre
on 24th February 2001. The talk show is not TV program, it's a live talk
show. (I'm not quite sure what exactly this is - maybe a press conference or
something)

PS Still no definite information on Sans Filtre's UK concert(s). I'm still
working on possible venues - I'll probably go and visit some in London
sometime soon, and send photos to Japan for the consideration of Sans Filtre
and their management.

PPS Two more bits of news while I'm here:
1) My Monkey! web site has made it into the BBC Webguide
(http://www.bbc.co.uk/webguide/) - just search for Monkey and you'll find it
there.
2) My Monkey! web site has been featured in the new issue (issue #03) of
Station 2 magazine (a PlayStation 2 magazine) in the "Browser" section. I
received a complimentary copy of it yesterday, and I'm not mad keen on the
way they keep referring to my site as a tribute to "crap telly" - surely
they mean "cult telly".
