I've just rung their PR company to get clarification on this, and it looks like I misinterpreted the information I was given by Fabulous Films. Here's the deal: 1) Regardless of how the videos, there _will_ be basic ongoing PR, to basically keep the public aware of new Monkey video releases 2) They hope that by launching with a huge PR campaign, they won't need any major PR later on - just a little to keep it 'ticking over' and to remind the public of new videos being released 3) If the videos don't sell well, Fabulous Films won't be able to afford any more _major_ PR (it can be very expensive), just the bare minimum to keep people informed of new releases. However, if the videos sell really well, they'll have plenty of profits to reinvest in more major PR. So in short: There will be PR to let people know of ongoing releases. Major ongoing PR is depending on them making good sales. By the way, I've found another 2: There is a cloud dogfight; Monkey whistles up his cloud in order to defeat some villain. The villain then copies Monkey's actions and up pops his own black cloud. He leaps aboard and the pair start a dogfight, complete with cloud-mounted machine guns! - - This is "What Is Wisdom?" (Season 1, Episode 5) Monkey disguises himself as a girl - it's about the closest we ever get to seeing what Monkey looks like without makeup! - - I think this is "Such a Nice Monster" (Season 2, Episode 10). In episode, Monkey, Sandy and Yu-Lung dress up as women when they go to visit the Good Dog. I don't remember there being another episode where Monkey dressed up as a woman? (although I remember one where Sandy did). Let me know if anyone remembers another episode where Monkey appears in drag. So there's just 1 outstanding: "Pigsy and Sandy are reminiscing about their mothers. They've promised me a copy of the revised confirmed PR, and I'll send it to the list as soon as I get it. On a related note, they've told me that there's now no plan to have a Big Breakfast Monkey-themed special - the ITC won't allow it, as it's not allowed to gratuituously do a themed Big Breakfast show to plug a product. So the plan is to get people dressed as Monkey characters on the show... recently, apparently they had a show where an Only Fools And Horses obsessed fan went on the show and told them why she loves it so much etc. They've hoping to get some Monkey fans on the show, saying why they love Monkey so much, and they can casually mention the video release while they're there :) This is by no means definite, but it's been suggested that Paul McMonnies and friends (who made some Monkey outfits for New Year's Eve '98) go on the show.
