(hackers, etc.) The net admins are looking into it, but in the end, there's not necessarily a whole lot we can do." I'll give them a bit more time to see if they sort it out, otherwise, I'll have to remove my links to pages and files on Tu's web site - it's possible they'll never again be accessible. About the 9MB zipped AVI file that I link to on Tu's site - I think for the moment, I won't upload it anywhere else... I'll just remove my link to it. (I've got an Mpeg movie of the Monkey intro - so people can download that one in the meantime) Howell ______________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free Email at http://www.hotmail.com - --------------------------------------------------------------- + To unsubscribe, send an email to: majordomo@valinor.eldar.org with 'unsubscribe monkey' in the body of your message + Need help? Here's what's been posted: - - It's just a rumour, I've heard that Tsui Hark has been asked to direct it. - - They're in pre-production in Shepherton Studios - - The Chinese are making Xi You Ji 2000,it looks weird but they do look similar to the originals. Pigsy has black hair and Sandy has a beard, Monkey looks a bit like a lion but Tripitaka is spot on. Apart from that the costumes are near identical. Maybe they'll dub this movie. - - It's called "Monkey King" and they're currently shooting it in "Prague". - - The director of "Monkey King" is Peter McDonald, and i havent got a clue what else he's done so don't ask. What i can tell u is the production office has now moved 2 shepperton studios! If anyone is aware of any truth behind these rumours, let us know.
