He's only watched the first episode so far, and this is what he says about it.... Howell - ---Forwarded message--- I've been busy so have only had chance to watch the first episode out of the three. It's not bad, compared to Monkey, but it's *so* American it's frightening! Ep. 1 takes us from stone egg (meteor from outer space in this series) to Monkey King leaving Mt. Flowers and Fruit(?) to become the strongest monkey on earth. Puh. The story adaptions withstanding, the animation is quite good if a bit basic. 3D computer backgrounds and sequences are used to good effect in some parts.
