Hmm... well I don't think just because it's intelligent and fun doesn't mean it isn't a children's show. As I mentioned somewhere else, the Simpsons is primarily a children's show, and some of the topics and jokes covered there are highly suspect to say the least. In my opinion, Monkey is one of those rare children's programs that works on two levels. The first obvious children's level and a second, deeper, funnier adult level. .oOo. I have never seen the first episode. Because I am very dumb, I thought that it started today. So i set my video up to record it and was very angry when it was the second one. So I still have never seen the first one. Do you have it on tape ? is so I would be very happy if you could copy it for me. I dont mind paying for the tape and postage & packing, if your like me youll understand why I am desperate !! Where do you live (roughly) maybee I could pick it up. I did a very stupid thing this week, I though monkey started on 31/1/98 on Bravo, not the 24/1/98. I have quite a few episodes on tape, but I have never seen the first one. If anybody out there recorded it, or has it on tape, I would be very gratefull if you could copy it onto a tape for me. I really dont mind paying whatever you are asking. Oh well heres hoping.
