Everyone's very quiet at the mo. Did anyone see "Tarrant On TV" on Sunday night? At the beginning of the programme, they featured some clips from the Japanese TV show "Superhuman Coliseum", which showcases people with very bizarre "talents". Well, Masaaki Sakai (Monkey himself) is one of the hosts of this TV show. At one point, I *think* they may have shown him briefly, but I have trouble recognising him when he's not dressed up as Monkey :) If anyone else saw this show, did you spot Masaaki Sakai on it? Well, it's just come out! If you live in the UK, I'd recommend buying it - - it really is an excellent magazine. If you live overseas, and cannot get a copy of Cult TV, you can read Martin's article on the Cult TV web site here: http://www.futurenet.com/tvnet/features/monkey/monkey.html Don't forget that in just 10 days' time, i.e. Saturday 24th January, the UK satellite / cable channel Bravo will begin a rerun of Monkey. It will be shown at 8pm every Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone have any info about when the new Monkey-based game Monkey Hero is going to be released? I've read on some web pages that it's to be released in Jan '98, and on others it says Summer '98 !?!?
